A pickup plan you can use
Choose the service around whether the vehicle must wait. Airport transfers connect a flight and an address; private hourly service holds the car across your stops; event transportation coordinates passenger groups on a shared timeline. If your day uses more than one format, explain the change in the request. A morning flight pickup and an evening wedding return should each have a clear time, passenger group and destination.
Use airport chauffeur service when a flight defines the movement, private chauffeur service when the car must remain across stops, and event chauffeur service when passenger groups share an event schedule. A single day can contain all three needs. Describe each movement with its own passengers, destination and timing so the reservation contact can explain which parts require held time and which can be booked as transfers.
For an event, identify the organizer and the passenger contact for each vehicle. For a private day, specify how long appointments may last and who can approve extra time. For an airport leg, add the airline and flight number. Review vehicle classes after defining these requirements; photographs alone do not establish the configuration available for your trip. Ask for one written itinerary that names each service period, the return plan and the terms for changes before confirming through the booking form.
The three disciplines

How engagements are structured
Every engagement begins as a written brief: the route, the date, the passengers, the luggage, the vehicle class, and the stops in between. The quote team prices the brief as a whole — with stops and waiting requirements included for review — and the agreed figure is confirmed in writing before a vehicle is assigned.
Multi-leg days are common. A morning run to JFK, an afternoon of meetings in Manhattan, an evening return to the Gold Coast — a single brief can carry all of it, with the same chauffeur held throughout if the schedule calls for continuity.
