The three disciplines
Chauffeur work on Long Island divides cleanly into three disciplines, each with its own planning logic. A private itinerary is a held asset — the chauffeur belongs to your schedule. An airport transfer is a synchronization problem — the car meets the aircraft, not the other way around. How engagements are structured
Every engagement begins as a written brief: the route, the date, the passengers, the luggage, the vehicle class, and the stops in between. The quote desk prices the brief as a whole — never by the meter, never subject to surge — and the agreed figure is confirmed in writing before a vehicle is assigned.
Multi-leg days are common. A morning run to JFK, an afternoon of meetings in Manhattan, an evening return to the Gold Coast — a single brief can carry all of it, with the same chauffeur held throughout if the schedule calls for continuity.
