The Quote Team
Begin with a written itinerary
Enter your route and travel details in the online booking widget to arrange your Long Island ride.
A pickup plan you can use
Before entering the booking form, gather the complete travel date, local pickup time and every destination address. For an arrival, include the airline and flight number. Keep the email confirmation available so you can review the meeting instructions. If the embedded form cannot load, use the existing booking-system link; submitting a request alone does not establish availability or a confirmed reservation.
Enter the trip in travel order: first pickup, additional collections, intermediate stops and final destination. Use the date and local time for each leg, especially when an overnight flight changes the calendar day. Name the person who will receive the confirmation and the passenger who can be contacted during collection. If those are different people, make that distinction clear. Send entrance and gate instructions through the booking contact rather than putting private access details in a public message.
Before accepting a quote, compare the written itinerary with what you submitted. Check vehicle class, passenger and luggage requirements, waiting periods, return collection and the cancellation terms. For hourly work, review the three-hour minimum and published class rates; for transfers, request the price for the actual sequence. S-Class and Sprinter hourly figures are starting rates, and the booking form confirms the final price. Keep a copy of the confirmation and request a revised quote for material changes rather than assuming the original figure covers them.

Questions the team hears
What happens after I send the request?
The itinerary is reviewed, vehicle fit is considered, and the quote is returned in writing when the brief is complete.
Can I request multiple vehicles?
Yes. Include passenger groups, event timing, and whether the vehicles need to move together or separately.
Can I change the itinerary later?
Yes. Material changes are re-quoted so the written figure stays accurate.
